Belvedere Vodka Hosts “The Art of Brunch”

No weekend in New York is complete without brunch, so Belvedere Vodka brought influencers and editors together on Saturday to get expert recommendations on dealing with this ritual. Wellness guru Candice Kumai hosted “The Art of Brunch” at the Loft at Milk Studios. She curated six delicious dishes made with sparkling, domestically sourced substances to be paired with Belvedere cocktails. Upon arrival, visitors consisting of Alix Strauss, Jackie Gebel, Jennifer Hartman, Martel B. Francois, Vera Casagrande, Tinley Tsang, Reena Roy, and Bridget Hahn were greeted with the Belvedere Polska Mary cocktail, a brand new tackle to the standard Bloody Mary, and Kumai’s miso avocado toast.

The logo’s global schooling and education manager, Alice Farquhar, was accessible to offer hints on creating craft cocktails at domestic, and Kumai verified ways to make her miso avocado toast and almond sticky buns. After the demonstrations, guests sat down for a multi-path brunch featuring tomato mushroom frittata, smoked salmon caper rocket salad, sweet potato pancakes, miso chocolate chip cookies, and peach cobbler with signature Belvedere cocktails. Heaven.

THE BELVEDERE POLSKA MARY, a refreshing take on the traditional Bloody Mary, draws traditional Polish Beetroot soup. A savory blend of Belvedere Vodka, tomato juice, beetroot, and spices paired with Candice’s Miso Avocado Toast.

THE BELVEDERE BRUNCH BLISS is a lovely mixture of candy and tart flavors featuring Belvedere Vodka, fresh lime juice, honey, and a sprint of bitters. It is finished with a kombucha glide and paired with Candice’s Toasted Almond Sticky Buns.

THE BELVEDERE RUBIN, a crisp and fruity mixture of Belvedere Vodka, grapefruit, and orange juices, a hint of inexperienced tea, vermouth, and tonic water, creates a light and clean summer drink. It is paired with Candice’s Sundried Tomato and Mushroom Frittata.

THE BELVEDERE SPICE OF LIFE, a savory cocktail to pair with a candy brunch dish, is made with Belvedere Vodka, freshly squeezed carrot and lemon juice, ginger syrup, a hint of miso powder, and garnished with a sprint of chili flakes, paired with Candice’s Sweet Potato Pancakes.

THE BELVEDERE POMME HIGHBALL, a mild and refreshing Belvedere Vodka highball cocktail with undertones of clean citrus and apples, paired with Candice’s Fresh Peach Ginger Cobbler

THE BELVEDERE MORNING TWIST, a formidable and energizing aggregate of Belvedere Vodka, coffee liqueur, ground nutmeg, and coffee, with a mix of almond and hemp milk with Candice’s Miso Chocolate Chip Cookies.
