Panhandle Wild Hogs hosts eighth Annual Blaze Coffee Benefit Ride

The Panhandle Wild Hogs held their eighth annual Blaze Coffee Benefit journey on Saturday, May 18. Proceeds from the ride go toward a brand new bloodmobile for the Coffee Memorial Blood Center. “We do that for Coffee Memorial and that they recognize the motive and the want of why we are doing this,” Terry Coffee, Panhandle Wild Hogs member, said. Coffee’s life changed when his son, Blaze, became critically injured in a commercial twist of fate eight years in the past and later died. Now, Coffee and different members of the Panhandle Wild Hogs help to offer again to individuals who helped them.

“Coffee Memorial has become very instrumental with my wife and me on every occasion. Blaze became within the medical institution, so we decided to keep it with Coffee Memorial,” Coffee said. The occasion is supposed to raise cash, and riders are endorsed to have a laugh doing it. “We make it, so they have a brief trip after which we have several prizes that we supply away,” Coffee explained. Participants say donations were given to the proper area and for the appropriate purpose.

“Blood is the one aspect that everybody has, and we want it to be available if they need it,” Save Hardman, a Panhandle Wild Hogs member, said. Riders hit the street in memory of Blaze and endured to look forward to what they could contribute. “Because of Coffee Memorial Blood Center, his circle of relatives could spend more days with him. We do it to honor him and help Coffee Memorial Blood Center out,” Hardman said.

The group estimated that over 200 people were in attendance at the event. Door prizes were also given out during a raffle, the maximum of which was donated by nearby corporations. The first coffee drinks I need to share with you are staples of my everyday coffee drinking. If you have not attempted any of those yet, I recommend you do because I suppose you’ll find quite a few that are worth returning to repeatedly.

“Just Right” Iced Coffee

Chances are you have had an iced coffee that was too candy, creamy, or watery. As simple as it seems, suitable iced coffee liquids can be intricate to make. A big part of making properly iced coffee drinks is the usage of espresso ice cubes. It takes a further preparation step; however, doing so will ensure your Coffee does not turn out to be a watered-down coffee wannabe. Another key to making proper iced espresso is to brew the Coffee and then let it cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours. If you use warm, freshly brewed espresso, it’ll soften the ice cubes immediately.

Makes one serving

Ingredients

1 cup of chilled Coffee (refrigerated for a minimum of 2 hours)
1 cup of ice cubes
five oz. Of sweetened condensed milk

Directions

1. Pour chilled Coffee into a huge cup.
2. Add coffee ice cubes and sweetened condensed milk. Sweeten to taste.

Cafe Creme

Fresh espresso and a chunk of cream never fail to satisfy. I blanketed this because the percentage of coffee to cream is key to doing it properly.

Makes one serving

Ingredients

4 ounces of freshly brewed espresso
One tablespoon of cream

Directions

1. Mix and serve.

Mocha Coffee

This easy, sweet Coffee is loved by coffee drinkers everywhere (who also tend to like chocolate). You could make these espresso beverages as chocolaty as you want by including more or less cocoa powder. You can also use a chocolate-flavored creamer if you need even more of a dessert taste.
